Seeking a New Live-In Caregiver!
The residents of The Old Mutt Hut canine retirement home are never crated or kenneled, and they are never left alone, and we’re seeking just the right person to live with them and provide love and care. Candidates must have vet office, rescue, or dog training experience; live onsite in our large, well-appointed home; work with our corps of volunteers who provide extra walks and cuddles; love country life; maintain records; and possess strong communication skills. Our caregiver gets 3 days per week off and a one-week paid vacation at the end of 12 months. Salary is $37,000, plus, of course, free housing and utilities in addition to use of garage and storage building. The caregiver may bring one well-trained dog to live at the sanctuary.
