This Aussie was brought up from New Mexico by a rescue group two years ago. We don’t know why she was in need of rescue and transported to Colorado. She was adopted by a Colorado Springs couple who kept her for 16 months, and then they didn’t want her anymore. There was talk about allergies and new work requirements that resulted in their needing to re-home her, the kinds of excuses that we hear several times a week. In any case, she has proven herself to be a good girl, high energy, working on manners, inveterate squirrel and bunny chaser, and up for any adventure. Welcome home Billie Sue!
